Detailed project specifications, deliverables, scope, and timelines are established in individual client agreements or Statements of Work (SOW).

You agree to use this website only for lawful business purposes. You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or networks.
• Use automated scripts or scrapers to extract data without written authorization.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent contact information.
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful payloads.

When you engage AutoNex Technologies for custom software or digital marketing services:

• A formal proposal, estimate, or Statement of Work (SOW) will define the exact scope, milestones, and payment schedule.
• Any requests for additional features outside the agreed scope will be treated as change requests and quoted separately.
• Client feedback and asset submission (logos, copy, API keys) must be provided in a timely manner to prevent project delays.

Website Content: All branding, text, code, graphics, and interface designs on this website are the property of AutoNex Technologies and protected by intellectual property laws.

Client Projects: Upon completion of the project and receipt of 100% full payment as per the agreed SOW, complete ownership and full source code rights of the custom deliverables developed for the client will be transferred to the client, unless specified otherwise in writing.

Pre-existing proprietary frameworks, open-source libraries, or third-party tools retain their respective licenses.

Payment terms are agreed upon prior to project initiation:

• Projects typically require an initial upfront milestone payment before work commences.
• Interim milestone payments are tied to agreed deliverables as specified in the project contract.
• Final balances are due prior to final code deployment or transfer to client infrastructure.
• Advertising spend for Meta Ads or Google Ads is paid directly by the client to the advertising platforms.

Our software solutions and marketing services may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., WhatsApp Cloud API, AWS, Vercel, Stripe, Razorpay, Google Analytics, Meta).

AutoNex Technologies is not liable for third-party platform downtime, API deprecations, policy changes, or account suspensions imposed by external service providers.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AutoNex Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption arising out of or in connection with the use of our website or services.

Our maximum aggregate liability for any claims arising from an active engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client to AutoNex Technologies under the specific Statement of Work.

This website and information are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

While we strive for 100% uptime and accuracy, we do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability or specific marketing conversion returns unless explicitly agreed upon in performance contracts.
